 Coating
is carried out by state-of-the-art rotary-screen coating lines,
employing automatic profile scanning, and most have 2 coating-heads
in line. Coating line emissions are controlled by Regenerative Thermal
Oxidisers.
Plastisols
are compounded using high-speed disperser mixers, feeding through
in-line pressure filters.
Colour
measurement for both plastisol and vinyl base is carried out by
X-rite spectrophotometers.
Expanded
grades are evaluated on a Werner-Mathis laboratory coating unit.
Laboratory
equipment for both Quality Assurance and Development includes :-
Brookfield viscometers Severs rheometer Hounsfield tensometer.
Vacuum mixing of plastisols in our new de-areation plant, now makes it possible to offer completely clear coatings, free of air bubbles, for the PVC Coatings industry.
