Matt
Foam Plastisols
The
increasing demand for matt effects are reflected in the range of
matt foam plastisols on offer.
2100
is a very matt foam which can be run at lower temperatures through
the machines. It gives a suede feel to the finished product, but
can only pass through 100SP screens or coarser.
2050
is a matt chemical foam based on conventional raw materials, and
can be printed through 100 SP screens or coarser.
DW976
is a foam suitable for screens coarser than 100 SP.
DW937
is a foam with a suede feel. It is not as white and opaque as 2100..
2100,
2050, DW976, and DW937 show the best effect when printed with a
thicker coating. Fine screen printing does not give a good matt
foam effect.
All
the plastisols can be tinted with normal pigment dispersions.
